CARLON Breathwork is a breathing app built around Apple Watch. Close your eyes and follow the rhythm on your wrist — each phase of the breath has its own haptic cue. Afterwards the Watch and iPhone show what happened: the target pattern beside the breaths detected on the device, and the heart rate across the session.
CARLON guides 19 breathing patterns — coherence breathing, cyclic sighing, box, 4-7-8, Tummo-oriented breathing, Nadi, Sitali, Bhastrika, Bhramari, Kriya and more. Each pattern carries its source inside the app, from Lehrer and Gevirtz to Balban et al. (Stanford) and Kox et al. (PNAS), with an honest note on what the research examined. People can build their own patterns, repeat a variation and compare sessions side by side.
The practice runs on Apple Watch. For those who want depth, a Polar H10 or Movesense chest strap connects straight to the Watch and turns a session into beat-by-beat analysis: Poincaré SD1/SD2, DFA-α1, the breathing wave inside the heartbeat and a personal HRV range built from the user's own nights. Data stays on the user's iPhone and Watch; export as JSON, CSV and Markdown.
CARLON supports breathing practice and personal observation. It is a wellness product and not a medical device.
